Shipping Speed

Upon placing and completing payment for an order on our website, our estimated shipping speed ranges from 2 to 5 business days. This time frame depends on both the customer's location and our warehouse location. The expected delivery time for each product will be indicated during the checkout step on the website. If you're logged into your account, our system will display the estimated delivery time for each item.

Shipping Cost

The cost for shipping each order is determined automatically at checkout, taking into account factors like weight, distance, and desired shipping speed. All associated shipping costs will be displayed and added to your order summary on the checkout page before you proceed to payment.

For all orders valued at $500+ or more, shipping is complimentary, regardless of vendor, location, weight, or quantity of products.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship to Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
  • We do not offer a personal pickup service from our warehouses.

Return Policy

Our return policy is designed to be as hassle-free as possible. Customers can easily return products/orders at no additional charge through the order page on our website. There's no need to call or take additional actions.

Returns can be initiated within three business days of the delivery date, provided the product's packaging remains unopened.

If a product's packaging has been opened, it can only be returned if the item is found to be damaged or faulty upon inspection.

All returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

For returns requested after 3 business days post-delivery, it will be treated as a special case. Our team will then review the situation to ensure fairness to all parties involved.
