Differential Cover

If proving your Jeep’s® mettle on rough terrain is what you’re after, beefing up the protection on your differential shouldn't go overlooked. Designed specifically for ‘07-18 Jeep® JKs equipped with Dana 44 axles, AEV has produced a seriously rugged cover to protect all the guts in your front OR rear differentials. Immediately you’ll notice the rugged, yet still stylish, finish. AEV applies both an e-coating and powder coating to maximize durability and hold up against scrapes, scratches, and everyday wear-and-tear. Since this cover can fit a front or rear Dana 44 it features two fluid level ports; one for the front axle and one for the rear. They take out the guesswork when topping off fluid and are located on the cover per factory fill-level specifications. Another feature AEV has added to their JK diff cover is an oversized fill port. So if there’s a point on the trail where a little maintenance is required, the port makes it easy to add fluid as well as see inside to inspect for damage. * WAIT! - When installing, be sure to use either RTV silicone sealant or a gasket. Also, make sure you remove any sealant residue or gasket material from the previous cover before mounting. AEV uses RTV silicone on all of their in-house differential cover installations.
