The Crown Automotive Starter Armature Bushing is used when rebuilding an Autolite starter motor on your Jeep CJ. This bronze bushing is attached to the housing and guides the armature, making sure that the coils are kept at the correct distance from the field, generating the proper amount of power to run the Bendix motor, starting the engine.
