When you are restoring your Jeeps transmission it is vital to have the right parts when its time to reassemble. The Crown Automotive Transmission Input Bearing Snap Ring is used on the front bearing and snaps into the ring groove, helping to position and shim the front shaft assembly. If you are rebuilding the transmission it is nice to have small parts like snap rings around in the case the original is bent or broken.
